A- Our equipment is state-of-the-art and we have the finest available flatbed and wheel lift trucks. We are able to carry all wheel drive vehicles, rear wheel drive vehicles and front wheel drive vehicles. We can carry sedans, pick-up trucks, sports cars, SUVs, luxury cars, motorcycles, golf carts, boats you name it!
A- Yes, Flag Towing has low height self-loader wheel lift tow trucks in our fleet which can pick up a car from low clearance parking garage safely.
A- We are members of the Texas Department of Regulation which makes us TDLR certified. Towing companies cannot operate in Texas without this certification. In addition, all of our tow truck drivers must be TDLR licensed as well.

A- Under normal circumstances (pre Covid-19) the drivers were able to let the customer drive along with them in the cab and bring the customer to their destination. Typically we suggest the customer arrange a ride via their friends/family or use Uber or Lyft.
A- The drivers will have your contact information and will contact you if they have any questions or are delayed. If you need to contact the driver, simply call our dispatch at 972-567-7299 and they can relay your information.
A- Yes, we are open all day, every day of the year.

A- Flag Tow services uses new trucks and has a comprehensive maintenance plan in place that requires the trucks to be operating at their peak ability at all times.
Q- If I don't have roadside assistance through my insurance or other 3rd party, can I be a customer?
A- Yes! Anyone can use our service and most insurance companies will reimburse you. You can simply call Flag Towing directly and after the fact you can present your receipt to your insurance company and you will get reimbursed by the insurance company
